About Sussex Design

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about our business.

I'm Steve Sussex, the main business owner/operator for Sussex Design, and have been working in the marketing industry for roughly 25 years. After working for design and printing companies way back in the 90's I went out on my own and established Sussex Design Limited in 1998 to service the graphic design, marketing, pre-press and printing needs of SME businesses and printers on Auckland's North Shore.

The business was an immediate success and from those early years on William Pickering Drive, in the Albany business park we quickly established ourselves as a reliable and trustworthy source for client focused service, design with a high level of technical expertise.

Over time we expanded into new fields and continue to be attentive and responsive to our client's needs as technology and consumers change.

Today we work from a home office in Forrest Hill, on Auckland's North Shore, and are excited to help many of our clients grow despite difficult challenges in the current market climate. 

My favorite hobby and means of 'resetting' is to play music as a semi-professional musician in local bands and shows on weekends with family and friends. I am happily married to Julie who also works in the business and we have four fun teenage children who are all very active in the local North Shore community.
